Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP) (Santee Realtor)

Are you Active Duty Military? Did You Know!?

The Government approved Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP) allows Active Duty Military Members under PCS orders to (apply in order to) sell their home at fair market value and be released from at least 95% but up to 100% of their current mortgage obligation, regardless of the outstanding balance due on the existing mortgage. This program is to assist Active Duty military members who (but not limited to):

*Purchased homes prior to 01July 2006, and
*Were issued PCS orders prior to 30 September 2010.
